Listings and project reports
What I have sold and let, and what I have looked into.
Recent results, and the project reports I write on developments around Districts 19 and 20: the numbers, the resident reviews and the things listings leave out.
Both of those results came from the same thing. The listing presentation.
Three valuations instead of one. The comparables by floor and date. Photography, the information kit, and viewing slots that overlap on purpose so buyers see other buyers. That is how the Kovan flat let at 25% above the last rent in the block, and how the Garden Residences unit sold at the first viewing with 17 other one-bedrooms listed in the same project.
If you are thinking of selling or letting, I will walk you through how my team gets those results, and what we would do for yours. There is a range of packages. Which one fits depends on what you need and your budget, and I will tell you which.

Looking at something else
If it isn't on this page, I'll still tell you what I think of it.
Most of what I look at never becomes a listing. If you are weighing a development, a unit, or whether to move at all, I will go through it with you on your actual numbers, including the option of staying where you are. Come together if you can. It is usually a decision for both of you.
