Selling your home

Selling your home, with a champion team behind it.

Selling well comes down to 3 things: the right price, the right buyers, and firm negotiation when the offers come in. I run your sale myself, and I bring my team’s marketing with me. I am with JNA Real Estate, the six-time champion team in PropNex, Singapore’s largest agency.

What the team brings

One agent you deal with. A whole team behind the sale.

The price, with reasons

Recent sales in your block and project, the listings you will be up against, and a price range with the working shown.

Professional photos

Most buyers see your home on their phone first. The photos decide whether they book a viewing.

Video, from an in-house media team

JNA has its own media team. Where it suits your home, a video tour shows the size, the flow and the light far better than photos can.

The right buyers

Portals, social media and the team’s own following. Buyers are checked for interest and budget before they come to a viewing.

Getting the home ready

A short list of what to declutter, fix and set up before viewings, so the home shows at its best.

A senior colleague when it helps

On a harder sale, I can bring in a senior colleague for a second pair of eyes. You still deal with me.

How a sale runs

6 steps, from the first chat to the keys.

  1. First chat. What you need from the sale, your timeline, and where you are moving next.
  2. Price and competition. The recent sales, the competing listings, and a price range you can defend.
  3. Marketing plan. Photos, video where it suits, portals and social, and who the likely buyer is.
  4. Viewings. I run them, with buyers checked first, so your weekends are not wasted.
  5. Negotiation. Firm, with the numbers on the table, and every offer brought to you.
  6. Sold. Option, paperwork, completion and handover, coordinated for you.

Fees are market rate. We agree them and write them down before you appoint me: what it is, who pays it, and the GST.

The view from the Garden Residences one-bedroom: the pool, the tennis court and low-rise landed housing

Sold · Oct 2026 · Serangoon North

The Garden Residences, 1 bedroom

The problem
The unit was tenanted, so viewings depended on the tenant’s schedule. There were 17 other one-bedroom listings in the same project.
What we did
When the tenant moved out, we redid the photos and led with what buyers here care about: the high floor, the pool view, and the quiet. I read all 119 Google reviews of the project, walked the back gate, and put the numbers and the financing on one page. Then we priced it against the listings around it.
The result
Sold at the first viewing for $818,000, with no electricity or water connected in the unit. Marketed with a teammate.

The kitchen and dining room at Charlton Corner, under three sculptural pendants

Let · Sep 2026 · Kovan

Charlton Corner, 2 bedrooms

The problem
An apartment the owner rebuilt for herself, never let before. The layout no longer matches the published floor plan, so a standard portal listing undersold it.
What I did
Photographed every room and wrote a page on what separates it: the renovation, the second bedroom behind frosted glass, and 8 units in a freehold block.
The result
Let at $3,900, the full asking, 25% above the last transacted price in the block, after 2 weeks of viewings.

Selling and buying

Most sellers are also buying.

The free consultation looks at both sides: what you actually walk away with after the loan and CPF, and what the next home needs to be. If the answer is to wait, I will say so. If you own the home together, come together.
