What this site collects, and what I do with it.

This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising scripts. It sets no cookies of its own.

There is no booking form and no sign-up here. The only way to reach me from this site is WhatsApp. When you message me, your number and whatever you write reach me through WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s terms.

To arrange the appointment, prepare for it, and follow up on what we discussed. The rough figures you share are used to build your one-page plan and for nothing else. They are not sold, shared with other agents, or added to a marketing list.

If you tell me you would rather not hear from me again, that is the end of it.

Notes from our conversation are kept for as long as they are useful to you, which in practice means while you are still weighing the decision, and for any period the Council for Estate Agencies requires records to be kept if we go on to transact together.

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you can ask what personal data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Message me on WhatsApp at +65 8686 0185 and I will respond within a week.
