Estimates are fine. Nothing formal.
- What you still owe on your place, and what you think it is worth.
- CPF used for your home, if you know it.
- Rough household income, spending and savings.
- Any family or work change you want the next home to fit.
- The question you keep coming back to.
You do not need a shortlist, a decision, or a spouse who agrees with you. The call is where that gets worked out. What you tell me is used to prepare for the conversation and for nothing else. See the privacy note.
