Before you go
Three things worth knowing.
- Only 14% of the project has four bedrooms. 202 homes out of 1,268 have four or more. I counted every one off the developer’s stack chart. If that is what your family needs, the shortlist is smaller than it looks.
- The road side and the hot side are the same side. Every stack with the open outlook also takes the afternoon sun and the Upper Thomson Road traffic. I measured all 55 stack facings off the north arrow on the site plan.
- Four of the six towers stop at 21 storeys. So the view people talk about is rarer than it sounds, and it is worth knowing which blocks can actually deliver it before you pay for a high floor.
